sadly I have not made any friends in my life like I have been through hell since I can remember n I grew up a lonely person always keeping to myself

I can relate with loneliness due to staying at home literally all the time and heartbreak. (Sorry for your loss.) Though I feel lonely, I do prefer to stay at home yet I yearn for that social life. All I can say is, just go out there. To the park or go shopping. Just a little fresh air can clear a persons' mind. Be happy with yourself. When I say this I am saying this with all feelings....love yourself. You need to take care of yourself, look after your health physically and mentally. For your mental health, I suggest you contact a friend you can rely on, and if you do not have anyone then speak to us on this app and just share how you are feeling. Make friends with your neighbours. Do no give importance to a long gone relationship. Why care about what he thinks about you. If he was any "good enough" himself he would not have said such harsh words to you at such a late stage in a relationship. Just be happy you are out of that relationship where it had no sincere feelings from him. Read the words...'move on'. You're good enough. There is 100% someone out there that will treat you right. So go for what is best for you.
