My ex boyfriend, who I broke up with about a year ago has been continuously trying to reach out to me. We were in a very toxic relationship and occasionally things would escalate to both mental and physical violence. It has caused me a lot of trauma and to this day I have anxiety about that time in my life. But, I do have feelings for him. I'm finding it very hard to ignore him. What should I do?
