I am very sad and depressed today. Honestly, I am really afraid of my mother. She is very abusive. She says a lot of bad things to me which really hurt. I am not feeling happy here. I am trapped in my own house and also cannot go anywhere because if the lockdown. I feel like I will be getting anxiety attacks soon.

dont be afraid..and you dont try to be abusive to her afterall she's your mother and she will always wish best for you....you try to understand her and try to build up a good relationship

Very sorry to hear this. Please take care of yourself. Do some deep breathing exercises and workout as this will help you with your anxiety . Also , distract yourself with hobbies as this will take your mind Away from this toxic atmosphere
