there is no quick way to it can however change with time with meditation, reading etc
clumsiness happens. Anger also does. you can try actively acknowledging your actions and decisions before you make them. you know what course of action will lead to what consequence. weigh the option and then proceed.

Meditation has really great results but when you are angry you can't meditate, so first of all share your emotions with your best friend,bf or mom,then after emptying yourself meditate and try to explore yourself what makes you happy
