I have been a masturbation addict since 5 year old. I am even now. Only solution i have found is that be with people. Be social and leave everything that triggers you.
Like i am not on Instagram, Reddit, or even youtube. Just specifically use it for education purpose.
It helps to some extent. Also, having understandable accountability partner with parental software is a big plus
