Hie guys ,I had an addiction of masturbation, it was becoming excessive , stressing and time-consuming, I tried everything I could to get rid of it, but I couldn't completely remove it from my mind, then I started smoking weed, that's when I got rid of it , but I now have an addiction of smoking weed, what should I do, I wanna feel like the old me again

Well you have to stop consuming as simple as that. Identify what triggers you to consume it and strategize on how to deal with them

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I know how difficult it must be for you to actually get rid of this habit. The positive aspect of this is weed’s addiction can be managed by self control and regularising your day. You don’t have to check with a doctor. Try to take a quick decision and stay away from gathering that encourages you to smoke up. Get yourself enrolled in some physical activity, keep yourself busy and challenge yourself for abstinence.

I have self doubt. Like I may be sure of one thing, but when somebody questions, doubt slowly engulf my mind and I ponder over it. I'm emotionally so weak. Cry easily. I can't gather self confidence and often my mind argue over things by stating positives and negatives, ending me in dilemma.
