Try to stay with someone important to you all the time so you will not try to masturbate with them near you because you will be frightened about what that person thinks so you will try to stop. If it doesn't work try to exercise till you get exhausted when you  want to masturbate. Your body will have low energy and it doesn't want to lose more energy
