Avoid naps, eat healthy, exercise, and go out with friends, do things that drain your energy.. practice this every day..

it's OK im going to therapy for it. it's still hard to cope with everyday life tho...

I guess what your saying is true in all but it's just the left over trauma that I have to carry with me
