Should I leave my job, if it isn't anything new to develop and no opportunity to be promoted or increase in salary and also only acting on other position to wait for new joiner?

    get at least two job offers in line (writing) before you make a decision. put in papers after you receive ur onboarding letter

    these are ALL valid reasons to want to leave an existing job btw. i mean, first get job offers lined up, only then submit ur resignation letter.
