hi thank you for reading my comment im just sad and upset this 2023 my goal was to change my life style like doing things for my self to be better to be healthy , my mom ask me when will i go to my psychiatrist i told her if i had time and money and if im not busy. but in reality i was kinda upset with my boyfriend he told me he will accompany me and help me get better,as well as waking up early and go to the park for some exercise, if i go alone he would not want that either, even if i do became anxious when im alone especially in public place.

It's 4 jan today. You can still change your life style. 4 days, just 4 days Or even 4 bad days doesn't mean you can't do it. Remember:: Its not over until it's over. So why are you getting upset over this. Consider yourself as normal. If you would keep on thinking that you have anxiety, then it won't work. You should try changing your mindset about thus. You are perfectly fine, but you can consider a pschiatrist for the better. The first preference of your life should be your health. And you should not be dependent on your boyfriend or anyone to make your lifestyle better.

If you want to make your lifestyle better then try with small things. like first set your sleeping time. Your sleeping hrs should be as constant as possible daily. Try building a routine, small by small. Drink some water, make your bed when you wake up, brushing your teeth, bathing, exercising,praying,meditation eating healthy or drinking milk etc. Consider these things as a task that you should perform daily. After few days you do it, these things will start giving you dopamine. you will like doing these things because they don't need as much efforts as we put in our studies or any work we do. Consider them as goals. You can use a pin technique or a coin technique. It means take around 30 or 50 coins or board pins whatever you have, and collect one pin for each task you did that day. At last of the day count the no of pins or coins. Then make a mindset that you will collect 1 more coin then today. This will eventually develop a habit in you.

And pls pls remember you are healthy. You are doing all of this to develop better habits in yourself and to make yourself a better version of yourself. Your first priority of life should be you. Do love yourself

im just too impatient to be better again,, mentaly and physical. i want to change that slowly my mindset of having GAD and depression i have been not good i always feel tired ,and cry at night.
