I feel bad and ppl say I'm sluggish meanwhile I've just been through a lot which has affected my mental health

same happens with me ....ppl say i m sluggish and having a high attitude level .....but we know what we feels ...dont be sad its not our fault but its because of our low ability to express our feeling in front of other ppl

it's exhausting to go through mental health issues but don't give up. don't listen to all the negative things that others say, they aren't in your shoes. they wouldn't be able to go through half of the things that you have been through. Take it one step at a time and be proud of yourself for even the smallest accomplishments.
