as u haven't mentioned specifically u shld ease ur brain, indulge into activities u like or chill around with ur fnds or get busy with ur work or try going out n have ur fav food, talk to ur loved ones, make a normal conversation with ur fnds or ppl around ,get into excersises or daily walk in a park n finally stop lingering ur thoughts around which makes u feel afraid juz consider everything is part of life n it's up-to u being haunted by the thoughts or indulge into things which makes u feel a bit better
