hey! nobody is worthless. you are definitely not. i don't know why do you feel this but trust me you are not. even if you have not achieved anything yet, you are not worthless. right now all i can suggest you is to listen to mantra chanting and chang mantra as well. chant "aum". it will be helpful. you will feel happy.

even i sometimes feel that i m stuck. although i have different problem but i can still understand you. do not worry my friend. i know being in this situation is terrible. ik sab theek ho jayega keh dena is not enough. if you don't mind, can you tell me the reason why all this is happening? i mean is there any specific reason or is it just happening?

that is the problem with people. see uh don't have to fulfil everbody's expectations because you are not responsible for it. in your life the most important thing is to stay cheerful. it is ok if you failed. failure is not the issue. how it is affecting you is the issue. do not feel disheartened. uh can still be happy. uh can still enjoy your life. you can still have your fav food. you can still watch what you like to watch. you can still play. great things can still happrlen to you. you are not worthless. you have right to be happy. you deserve to be happy.

I know I deserve to be happy, but am not able to....thats my issue ...i know failure is not a big deal .I tried many things....i don't lots of thoughts are going through my head I am not able to stop it

you try to listen to calm music. try sounds of isha. it might help you. you can take help of mantras to. it is very powerful. i know you feel lazy and will find it difficult. but listen you have to find a way out. see just 10 min. wake upin the morning. take bath. go ta a calm place. play audio of aum chanting by sadhguru. learn proper pronounciation of it first. and chant it audio in initial days. later you can chant it without audio too. initially try it for 10 minutes only. it would be calming and helpful.
