always think of the other person whom you have the anger to think about his situation what you would have done in his place and also think the after mood of yours when you release your anger to the person always think one thing it takes one sec to destroy any relationship but takes ages to build a strong one

and also i will tell you a way to release it i don't know it will work for you but i always do it release it own your poor pillow in your room😅 or release it as crying by hearing feel good music and be proud to control the anger

listen controlling anger is extremely hard , one tip is just don't give a damn about the situation and try journaling. It helps alot

take your anger out in anything else... either physical or mentally... sometimes i tear a notebook, or take it out on maths , or try gyming or any physical activity

the problem in this app is that i wanted to help you so much and i have faced this situation i was always very very angry to my brother and mother and very rude but i overcame it and i also want you to do it but the problem is that the messages won't help it because these are text something like voice chat should be put in this app then we could freely speak without any problem because i am getting hard to find the words

sometimes i felt i am burden for my family or if not burden then a person whom my family dont care about....... various of time i had to drop my wish of doing something just for the sake of my family....no one literally no one try to understand what I am going through...

it's good that you realize where your problem lies... try to find out the root of your anger.. you will have to analyse your emotions and see whether every emotion surfaces like anger and try to express your emotions as they are BEFORE they turn into anger.
