which leads to arguments over silly issuses i tend to realise my mistakes very far behind and i just wanna learn to control
ok then i can relate to that as i have same issues but at that very moment u need to just calm urself down and take deep breaths u sometimes need to ignore it to which will help u to not get into a argument
even sometime I feel the same way. out of anger say something and then later repented it. I feel what we need Is to be self aware, control our emotion through being mindful, doing meditation, use five second techniques before responding or deep breathing before replyinh to anyone. remember what u did last time before speak or argument with anyone.
