it happens with me also. Try to be positive all the time. When you realize that u are in a angry mode, leave that area for a moment or stop showing anger. When you have a habit of Stopping anger, ur anger will be reduced. Main technique of anger management is to try to remain positive and keep positive minded friends.

ok first of all remember, you are not alone and you are the most brave person who has posted her problems. this means that u can fight with them too. whenever such bad thoughts cloud over your mind think about all the goodies that happened in your life and when you r angry try to give yourself some private space so you can't talk to a person amd regret later. be more into hobbies and nature
