Anger issues and aspergers

Recently my son was diagnosed with aspergers syndrome. He's irritable and angry all the time. I try to not lose my calm while dealing with him but I find it really difficult to keep my patience since I'm the only one taking care of him. Is there a cure?

Your kid is probably reacting this year because he's having a hard time assessing his own emotions and dealing with them. Teaching him relaxation techniques such as breathing deeply whenever he's angry or counting to 20 each time can help him form an organized calming routine.

How you handle the situation would depend a lot on his age so how old is he? If he's a toddler then it's harder to calm him but if he's more 10 years old you should definitely consider behavioral therapy
