My age is 23 and m bisexual. I was a calm and composed person. Last year in july, I went through a hard break up of a 3 year relationship with my then girlfriend. Since a couple of months, I can feel myself losing myself and feeling like the "Raging Hulk". My anger seems uncontrolled and I just want to go on a destruction spree.

Oh and we broke up coz she was cheating on me, since an year.

Can’t blame you to have this feeling of rage and anger as I totally believe cheating can do this to anyone. Breakup’s are difficult to deal with and I can completely understand this part after putting in so much physically and mentally. What you should do is first and foremost is to start taking care of yourself and do things which you love. This will help you get your mind off.

How to take care of oneself?? I am seeking attention and approval from the whole world now. Coz that gap, that hole, is not being filled.

First thing you should do things you love doing and secondly follow your hobby / passion. Most importantly you don’t need anyone approval and should stop seeking it. You should control your own life :) and your own opinion should matter.
