Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand, it actually becomes difficult to hold on to things for so long and not having anyone to share your feelings with. You can share how you feel here. I am sure must be feeling overwhelmed. You can try journalling your thoughts. How are your relations with family? Who are you close to?
