That is. Try to STOP S- say no to trigger s causing anger. T- think where are are on the stress/ tension scale O- open up to talk what you are thinking or feeling. P- practice deep breathing exercises ( take breath 3 times).

I'm little jealous on the tngz I own. Especially when it comes to her matter. I don't wanna hide anything from you. She's 1yr elder than me. Bt v both like each other a lot . It's very difficult for each of us to stay without other. Even when we fight,either she nor me apologise everytime cause v know if one leaves other end up hurting themselves. Bt u know when ever I get angry or scold her or fight with her I just hurt myself by cutting my hand and even hitting my hand. So please temme is this much addiction is good? I assure u v both can't stay without each other. Bt when she leaves me I won't b having any reason to smile o trust myself agn. I'll go mad.

I understand your concern Amurtha. Have you tried conveying to your partner how you feel when they scold you? Sharing the discomfort will help you rather than taking it all by yourself on you. Anger in excess is not good for mental health hence it would be good if you take one on one session with the expert to work on your anger .
