Anger towards uncle and mother

Question

My uncle (who is the elder brother of my mom) became friendly to my family this year, after my grandma's death.We didn't talk to each other for nearly 10 years. He didn't respect my father since we were poor and didn't take care of her own sister(my mom)and his mother(my grandma). But literally, I refused to talk to him even he turned friendly to us.But after my mother became friendly to him, she forgot about me.She used to yell at me even I made a small mistake. This increased my anger over my uncle and even my mom. What should I do now?. Is what I am is right?

I am happy with my mom. Actually, I wanted to work in army. But my mom's desire is that I want to become a doctor( to show her brother that we were worthy enough) So I even sacrificed my passion for her and I am studying for the doctor career. But my mom is not understanding me.

I know how you feel.  But if you try to change your mother the only thing that's going to happen is that your mom will not change and things will get worson between you two. People make mistakes and your mom loves her brother so much inspite of him hurting her in the past she was ready to forgive him. If she can then you should respect her decision . Talk to your mom how you feel and you need some time to cope up with the change in your life. I know you gave up your dream for your mom... Forget your past and always do what your heart says. Never ever give up on ur dreams in the future for anyone. You are a brave person 😊
