like sometimes i get irritated....i start to argue with my parents proving my point while they don't they get.... sometimes my voice gets loud and i start to shout.....and sometimes i get excited too much

ohh....it happens.... don't supress urself......just try to learn where to talk n how to talk....yes elders don't like it when we argue with them in a loud voice..... infact you also don't like it if someone will talk to you in a loud voice.....so...tell to urself i am a peaceful being everyday before sleeping n jst after waking up. it will change u in somedays without ur any extra efforts. try it
