I deal with anxiety since childhood but recently,l my boyfriend and I dated for almost for a year and he left me last week with a reason that I deserve better him and he was guilty of how rude he treated me in the past but I'm not over with him and I'm really scared and lonely and I don't know what to do,and I don't feel myself anymore cause all I think is about everything which pulls me down.
