you can try doing breathing exercises, they help alot. if they are still not working. u can consult a doc to get some medication for anxiety. another thing that can help is be well prepared, write down possible questions. imagine urself feeling the relief after making it out of the presentation. hope it helps... good luck

don't make eye contact while delivering and once try it presenting in front of mirror, don't hesistate consider as they know zero and you are the hero, give your best

Try practicing it first in front of mirror.
then in front of 1 person then them multiole persons.
3 practice session should make you ready .
You can also take cap betacap tr 40 mg 1 hour before presentation
