I tried to get rid of anxiety but realised I couldn't do that so decided to live with that
everyone has their own way of dealing wd anxiety, all i do is taking deep breaths atlest for 5 mins
When you are anxious, you feel like bad things will happen to you. I try a neutral approach. I know it's not always possible to think all good things will happen. We dont know if things will go wrong either. It's definitely a better place and it'll stop you from catastrophising. I hope this helps.
