Hi i have suffered alot from severe anxiety few months back... Now it's ok for me... I am trying to take one step forward to focus on career. whenever I try to study Or practice, i am just worrying about Whether i will get a job Or not🥺 Can anyone help!?

Let’s try to focus only on our present, anxiety happens when you are consciously and continuously fearing about future or regretting about past. You will definitely land up with a good job, stay consistent with your studies.

Live the time you are currently in. Enjoy with family and friends. In future when you will get job you will have to go away from them, and then you will realise the you have wasted most precious time that you can enjoy with family nd friends while thinking about future and job. So enjoy present, have lunch nd dinner with family while watching tmkoc and have fun with friends. Have a good life. Wishing for your Happiness. ☺️
