this past 2 months I've been having a strange feeling like I'm gonna die soon its freaking me out these 2 months were the worst ever i think it's because I'm starting college soon and I'm not even that stressed about it i made some researches and it said that its anxiety I'm not diagnosed by any professional person but I'm sure 100% that i have ocd and severe anxiety and i just want this feeling to stop i can't do this anymore i know that I'm not gonna die and i know its just all iny head but i just want it to shut up cz i can't live like this and i can't afford therapy that's why i came here so please if anyone knows how to stop this plz reply cz I'm desperate
