I am suffering from anxiety and ibs, my anxiety causes extreme stomach cramps, I am always anxious about eveything even there is nothing to do still I am anxious, I have tried meditation but it's not working I am fed up with anxiety and crapms can someone please help me, being in a typical indian family my parents doesn't give importance to mental health all they say is don't worry or you are weak if you worry....but not, how not to worry.
