Whenever I wake up I feel anxious which in turn makes me dread the day ahead. After having a conversation with someone, I always feel that I said something wrong/inappropriate, even thought I haven't, and this thought gnaws on me for the entire day which in turn makes me feel tired and stressed after every conversation. From the past few months, I am overthinking even the smallest things because of which I always feel tired and hopeless.
