Hello everyone I am Sawsan living in Dubai. Suffering neck tightening I can't breath normal and I can't exhale everytime 24 hour I am having laryngospasm. I dont know why my stomack air stock neck spasm I feel dizziness weakness really felling like a die. Anyone is having same symptoms what is it it can be anxiety? How i can treat? Hey! Thanks for reaching out. These are majorly symptoms of anxiety. I think you should regularly practice JPMR. You will start seeing significant difference. What is your day like?
