Hey I understand. Anxiety can take a toll on someone. When you have trouble sleeping like I do I usually take one melatonin pill but only every now and then. It has helped me calm down reallllllly well. I remember I was on actual medication from the doctors for Anxiety and it didn't work as well as melatonin does for me. But only do it on really bad nights because you don't want your body to stop producing melatonin.
