So, u r getting anxiety attacks... U have to fix appointment at psychiatrist asap!
Ur anxiety is getting worsen day by day...
Keep urself calm and relax
Do pranayam to control heart beats
Start socializing and communication with new people
Don't think too much... You know u r going to perform ur best all the times.... Thinking too much will increase ur anxiety
Meditate daily ( suggested time - morning)
Be thankful for the sweet moments...
These r the things u can do to distract ur mind...
U can only apply ur own... Like hoobies , and many more...
I'm sure a psychiatrist can help u more will the treatment ( pills)

Thank you i am trying to get my mind off it. I even took a free therapy session and im not sure if i should continue it. This month's been hard on me. I'm afraid it'll be back again anytime soon. I'm scared. I feel helpless when it hits.

@zoya headaches, chestpain, shortness of breath..... wanting to puke when it's severe... scratch my skin ... it feels awful.. i cry it out sometimes

Wht is the reason for ur anxiety...is it becoz ur lonely ... or becoz of low self esteem... Juz find the reason for it soon... and out of it ...
mostly i feel neglected by everyone and i feel lonely and i think ppl around will be better off without me. I overthink this a lot
U dont need anyone... U look for self improvement... Join in any course and learn.. world is soo huge.. Find ur passion ... Enjoy ur company... Think positively.. Go out of ur world nd look beneath it... Those everyone will not come ur lifelong... loof for self improvement ... U can definitely come through it.. Juz talk to everyone nd dont think they neglect u ... u try to cope with them otherwise enjoy urself... Listen to podcast... master ur mind..
