Every time I eat anything slightly high in fats or carbs and start feeling anxious. I start thinking about weight gain and sometimes even get anxiety attacks. I have struggled with obesity and bullying for most of my life and hence it scares me a lot. I'm worried that I might even develop an eating disorder.
