It's heartbroken... Its ok to be anxious and when u think about ur heart beats faster it pains over there u r scared... That's completely normal... Do such things that will distract you from him... So now that u have understood he is not for u ... Forget and move on... I know I can understand it's not that easy... What u can do is write everything on a paper and then burn it ... Let all ur pain burn away too... See stop thinking about him stop causing harm to ur heart... If it continued it can be a serious situation for u then... All say that if u don't be in relationship with me then I will die or commit suicide... But none happens there they r enjoying forgetting everything and we think they suicided ... If this hurts u so much or he blackmails u then u have to take action... Move on... I have shared this experience from my friend as similar thing happened to her also... Don't overthink.... Let it go
