Well i haven't seen any doctor as my mom thinks I'm stupid and mad.

Thank you. Because of her I too don't believe that I'm depressed or anything... But trust me.... My heart races at any abnormal situation and the stomach is horrible and is just at the time of tests or while meeting someone
.... Can you suggest something to improve it please.

My therapist told me that it’s the usual anxiety that kicks in. He advised me to practice deep breathing and give myself positive affirmations.
You can try it too.

I ve tried all the breathing exercises
But upon doing symposiums presentations oral exams
Eventhough i ve prepared well
I couldnt do well

I think this has something to do with you feeling tensed about it. Not a major concern. Probably just related to how you feel at that time
