Anxiety before covid vaccine

I know how important it is to get the vaccine for normal life to start again but I just can't get myself to go. I see all these stories of people experiencing terrible side effects and it puts me off. I've a history of anxiety beforehand so this is not surprising.

It is essential for you to get the vaccine. If you've seen let's say 1% people get some side effects, then the rest of them have certainly benefitted from it. The pluses outweigh the minuses here by a wide margin.

It's a matter of a few minutes. Be strong and force yourself to get the vaccine. Once it's done, you'll get past the anxiety and you'd have developed immunity against the virus that has harmed the world so much. Try to get someone you trust to go with you so that you feel supported. All the best :)

I have a very low immunity in general. Be it a slight season change or even short exposure to extreme temperature, I get sick. But when I took the vaccine I only felt weakness for 1.5 days. So if I can survive vaccine then anyone can. Any believe me it only takes 1-2 mins of courage to get vaccinated. So please don't worry and get vaccinated.
