anxiety,chest pain, i lost love of my life

i dont h close friend to tell these there is something inside killing me last night my gf dumped me and she is my true love we have in relationship last 4 year we are in fight last month we don't talk eachother in last me and last night i message her then i know that she have another bf she dumped and its my fault because i didn't spend much time with her she have dreams she follow her dreams with new bf it hurt me alot i can't sleep last night there is something like pain in my chest is killing me i can't handle this please help..

Hi I know it's hard when you gave yourself to someone who leaves you after all. it's hard to start over but it's for your own sake. sometimes we makes then our world and then suddenly they found another and leaves us, it caused us great and unexplainable pain. all I can help is for you to feel the pain for the mean time, let you feel the pain. then after that you will feel nothing and you will understand that everything happened for a reason. you will meet someone one day who will loves you the way you needed.
