I am always afraid of going outside alone far away from my home . I keep thinking I will fall ill and will not be able to tolerate it .

I can understand, we all have to actually move out of our comfort zone at some point of time. Even if you are afraid of getting ill, try to focus on a healthy lifestyle and stay motivated that you will be able to do it.

Yes I got your point but this constant focus on something negative will happen if I venture outside my comfort zone makes me anxious and unable to do it
