Whenever a teacher mentions my name , my hands start shaking , And I lose control on my self .. I can't breathe, my voice start shaking too so everyone notice that I'm stressed and nervous

Initial anxiety is very common don’t let it overpower you. You are stronger than this, if you know the answer then go ahead if not politely excuse. Try to fight this fear.

I don't know, but what I remember is that I wasn't like that, I was able to speak in front of people without feeling stressed 😥

I faced same problem in my school time.But what I did is I started with small steps like trying to gain confidence first and telling myself continuesly that I can do it.
