Well first you need to relax and eat healthy, focus on your recovery as post Covid symptoms take time to go. Secondly, do some breathing exercises as it helps in distracting you.

It’s important that you count your blessing as in your alive. Be positive and trust me you will see a change. Also, start getting physically active :). It will help your body get normal :) and reduce negativity
