I am going through an anxiety disorder. i dont know why it happened to me but i felt like i got heart attack. My heart beat became fast and i feel i am going to die. It is the worst time i m going through.

    Calm yourself by doing breathing exercises first. Try to do some aroma therapy and ready some nice books that will give you positive energy
