whenever these types of thoughts come in your mind just try thinking something else or maybe watch something or do something from which your mind keep calm like meditation or some sort of games i think

whatever I do i just cannot stop thinking about it anything happening to me in my body I just google it and it always show that i must be having this kindof disease

try not to be alone because when you are alone your mind just starts thinking negative thoughts and even if you are physically fit you feel like you sre going to die

ik that everyone will die for sure but i just don't want to get ill and die I have that feeling that i will never be able to talk to my parents my family if I die ik i may be soundingmad rightnow but these kinda thoughts are disturbingme since a long time

Hey! I am sure must be really anxious about your health, you can get yourself checked by your doctor every 6 months that’s a healthy habit.
But googling symptoms only triggers the way you feel.
At times we experience weird symptoms and it’s completely normal.
Whenever you experience any such symptoms that triggers your anxiety try to distract your mind by telling yourself that you are fine, get indulged in something that requires your full attention.
Practice deep breathing and fo ensure that you are not going through any disease it’s important to follow a healthy lifestyle.
