sir I am 29 years 0ld four months before I was diagnosed with stomach ulcer 1cm now I recovered fully from the said disease At that time I was having occasional symptoms of racing heart beat / vomit like feeling & chest pain I thought it will be heart attack so I did all the requisite tests like CBc,Chest xray,repeated ecg,kft,echo,usg,urine test but all came normal I explained all the story to doctor he said u have a mild GAD and I accepted it....now maximum symptoms gone aways but very occasionally I feel vomit like feeling only is this a lifelong symptom that I have to live with it? and is vomit like feeling also symptom of anxiety? and can I come through this anxiety forever? need ur suggestions on this regards
