We all would want to look forward to a secure life after retirement.
Also the current covid situation is also very alarming and hence creating a lot of stress.

as i said it started with a chest infection when i was working as a key worker then we had to fight to see doctors now have acid reflux then put on sheilding and furloughn now i have been told to go back to work now panicing because too sick to work now have to get sickline i know we are getting on ok with the covid soon be back to nomality

Your fear is very natural.
Now I hope these problems are well taken care of.
The point I am trying to make here is you can’t stay at home, take proper medicines, nutrition and precautions and start going to office. Limit any other outing.
Panicking will only give other related problems, it’s better to face the situation and know that you’re capable to fight in any condition. It’s more about will power, you can consider taking covaccine. Also there are plenty of immunity booster multivitamins available in the market, you can try those too.
Precautions can actually make everything manageable, try to focus on taking proper precautions and start going to work.
It will help you in boosting your self esteem as well.
