in your case I would recommend if you feel like crying then cry as much as you can in a closed room and then wipe off your tears and try to think what makes you anxious. declutter the thoughts and then talk to your elders or someone whom you trust. try to find out ways to remove things or avoid situations that makes you anxious. remember crying is one of the techniques to detox your mind and helps you think better and come into better decisions. yes your are strong but crying doesn't make you weak in anyway. stay safe and stay happy. 🙂
