anxious because of getting a no from a girl unknown, low self esteeem

hello guys, I am facing anxiety issues due to the following I am single and asked my friend to set me up with one of his friends and he agreed. i and the girl dont know each other directly, however my friend and the girl are college friends. my friend tried to set me up, but she said she isnt interested. so ofc we left it there . should tbis be a problem or does anyone find it problematic

Well just relax and go with the flow but before setting up have a conversation with the guy and don’t rush into it that’s the only thing I can say. Also, spend time on yourself :)
