Heyy No please think like that, they are your friends they are coming to meet you, how you look will be their last concern.
Be confident of who you are these are temporary body changes we can anytime work on it.
Go out to meet them, cherish the time and be accepting towards yourself.

I too face the same problem but realise that in life we should never be with people who judge us with our physical appearance, surely you feel embarassed, if gaining weight is easy then lossing is too. Accept yourself.
