I am very health consious, i know i am very healthy, but suddenly near my heart i got pressure and cheast pain coming. then i felt anxious about heart. its like i having heart attack. but i am 26 years old. sometimes this amxious is make me sad and panic. and one more thing is, i eat healthy duet and daily workouts. still i haven't visit any doctor. i think i don't need.
