never loose your concentration, take breaks, have tasty food, and first of all, never let others decide for you, unless and until it's your parents.

well, according to me it's just like u are being a little cautious .. when u see sometimes things not working like they used to u feel so .. but that doesn't mean it is like that .. I would suggest to take some rest .. u must relax .. For about 2 - 3 days and then u may find a little better .. It's like sometimes u become cautious and then just compare urself with ur older self n then u even find surprised to see that ur older self has done things which now u couldn't have imagined or have done things easily compared to now .. so that way u r judging ur intelligence .. but according to me, it is not like what u think .. u take some rest first and then just be calm, think in a way that sometimes we overthink n then easy things become complicated n that could be the reason u may feel so .. that doesn't mean u have less intelligence .. u need to just make urself more confident n watch things and do things that make urself happy .. maybe singing, dancing, watching good content on YouTube .. so that way u will feel good .. most importantly watch our old history of Mahabharata u will learn a lot more
