Could you try to ease your mind a little first, then take a deep breath for 4 seconds, hold it in for another 4 seconds, release it in 4 seconds also, stop for another 4 seconds, and repeat until you relax even if it was only a little. After that set you goal on what are you planning to spend the day. Hopefully this could help you.
